1. Services Provided
Royal Bridges Cleaning Services offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialized cleaning tasks upon request.
All services are subject to availability and will be scheduled based on your location and our team’s availability.
2. Booking & Scheduling
Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or email.
We require accurate information regarding your space and cleaning needs to provide an accurate estimate and efficient service.
You will receive confirmation of your appointment once scheduled.
Rescheduling or Cancellation:
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Access to Property
The client is responsible for providing access to the property on the scheduled service day.
If our team cannot access the property due to locked doors, alarm systems, or other restrictions, a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Gift cards or promotions must be presented at the time of booking or payment.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will return to re-clean the area of concern at no additional cost.
6. Limitations of Liability
Royal Bridges Cleaning Services is not liable for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to loose fixtures, improperly secured shelves, or wear and tear on surfaces.
Our team will handle your belongings with care. However, we recommend securing or removing valuable or fragile items before the cleaning appointment.
In the event of damage caused by our team, we will review the situation and offer a reasonable solution, which may include repair or reimbursement.
7. Health & Safety
Our cleaners follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.
We use non-toxic, eco-friendly products unless otherwise requested.
If anyone in your household is sick or has been exposed to contagious illness, we kindly ask you to inform us so we can reschedule your appointment.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Royal Bridges Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse or cancel services for any reason, including unsafe working conditions, harassment, or unrealistic service expectations.
