Many of our employees have been with us for 1 to 3 years, with some celebrating over a decade on our team. Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated for a job well done. Many clients choose to tip after each visit or give a larger amount during the holidays. If leaving cash, please clearly mark it as a tip. You can also add a tip to your credit card payment—rest assured, 100% of tips go directly to the cleaners who serviced your home.

If your routine cleaning falls on one of our observed holidays, we’ll reach out in advance to reschedule. We do operate on many holidays, so unless you’ve been notified or choose to cancel, you can expect your cleaning to take place as scheduled—except on the specific holidays we observe.

Yes, the initial cleaning typically takes longer than regular visits. This allows us to perform a thorough deep clean and get familiar with your home’s unique layout and needs—ensuring we meet our high standards from the very start.

No, you don’t need to be home—though it’s entirely up to you. Most of our clients aren’t present during their cleanings and choose to provide access via a lockbox or by sharing a key and alarm code.

We do our best to send the same cleaners for each visit, as it helps ensure efficiency and familiarity. However, due to scheduling and staffing needs, we can’t always guarantee it. Rest assured, any alternate cleaner will have access to detailed notes about your preferences to maintain the consistency and quality of service you expect.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash or bank transfers made directly to the company’s account.
